Marloé Dublin is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide personalized styling advice, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create an enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.

  • Offer personalized fashion and styling advice based on customer needs and preferences.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right size, fit, and outfit combinations.

  • Maintain an attractive and well-organized store presentation.

  • Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory management.

  • Process transactions and assist with checkout procedures.

  • Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.

  • Ensure every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is preferred, ideally within the fashion industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends.

  • Ability to provide personalized recommendations and styling advice.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and busy retail periods when required.
