At Marloé Dublin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below. If you have any questions, please contact us before initiating a return.

1. How Our Fulfilment Process Works

Marloé Dublin operates through a supplier fulfilment model. To reduce unnecessary waste and minimize environmental impact, certain products may be shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners.

As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to the designated return facility provided by our support team.

Please do not return any item without first obtaining return authorization from us.


2. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Items may be tried on for fit, but must not show signs of wear.

  • Returned products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings and certain jewellery items

  • Personal care products

Sale or discounted items may only be returned where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes:

  • International shipping costs

  • Customs duties (if applicable)

  • Import or handling fees (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a fully trackable shipping service. Marloé Dublin cannot process returns that cannot be verified through valid tracking information.


5. Alternative Resolution Options

International returns can sometimes be costly and time-consuming.

Before requesting a return, we may offer an alternative solution where appropriate, such as:

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item

  • A discount on a future order

Any alternative resolution will be discussed and agreed upon via email on a case-by-case basis.


6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Without sufficient photographic evidence, we may be unable to investigate or process the claim.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


7. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, a refund may be refused.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure efficient fulfilment.

For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order enters processing.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Marloé Dublin cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information

  • Orders delivered to the address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address details

Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting:

Once an order has entered fulfilment, address changes may no longer be possible.
